I am willing to make a bold claim here: it is better than Magnolia Bakery. Yes, you heard that right! While Magnolia is famous nationwide for its legendary banana pudding, Hudson Valley Cheesecake takes it to a whole other level. It's packed with fresh, ripe banana flavor that tastes completely natural, layered with perfectly softened wafers that melt in your mouth. Every single bite is pure comfort and perfection. Michael ToweryNeighbor recommended Hudson Valley Cheesecake and we are SO happy he did! Family-owned business with the friendliest, most helpful staff. They actually took the time to break down each cheesecake style and flavor for us — you can tell they love what they do. We got slices of the Cannoli, Peanut Butter Cup, and Banana Pudding. Every single bite was fantastic and deserving of honor! Creamy, rich, not overly sweet, just perfect. The cannoli had that real cannoli cream magic, peanut butter cup was a chocolate-peanut butter lover's dream, and banana pudding tasted like summer. If you're in the Hudson Valley, do yourself a favor and stop in. We will absolutely be back to work our way through the rest of the menu!

mxosixxthWe found this business on the web while looking for a local bakery that made cheesecake. Decided to stop in and try it out. The cheesecake we tried was fantastic, as were the cupcakes (shout out to the strawberry cheesecake cupcake!) and we tried a couple of the cookie/cheesecake sandwiches. Everything was delicious, the server was beyond nice (and even threw in a couple of goodies for us 🙂 ) Nitpicky criticism: the store is in a house and not in the front room where you walk in the door - they could use a sign to direct you. This problem is only for your first visit though Not every cheesecake that is on the website was available to purchase a slice of the day we went. All in all, dont let those things deter you - it was delicious and we will go back!
