B SpragueHad a bad experience about a year ago here but we decided to give it another chance we are happy we did! Mary was so nice and even though we didn’t choose seated tickets, she gave us 5-star treatment right at the couch. Better service than we’ve received in some fine dining restaurants. Made us feel very taken care of the whole night. We will be back for the magic comedy show she recommended we attend. This time purchasing tickets with a table. Thank you silk factory for a great night.

William CamastroI came here for the bleed violet concert, wet behind the ears, timid, afraid. Then, descending like gods form the heavens, Darrin and Mary came to save me from my cowardice. These two angels in human form handed me liquor like ambrosia. With their words and actions they delivered me from a stupor of loneliness and gift wrapped me an excellent night. The human lexicon lack the words to craft a sentence equivalent to the wonder of their service and I will forever be left wanting at other establishments knowing their staff couldn’t possibly match up to either of these majestic creatures
