Angela GaulMountainville Manor is a beautiful place to get married. Lauren Abramo is amazing to work with- kind and quick to respond. As a photographer, I love working there. They are very unusual (in a good way!) that they really take care of the vendors behind the scenes. You never have to beg for a glass of water (not always the case at other venues). They serve vendors the same food as the guests, and quickly, so you're ready to get back out there and shoot as soon as the couple is done eating and ready to start visiting tables. If they take this good care of vendors, imagine how they treat the bride and groom. Looking forward to going back soon.

From our very first meeting with Lauren and James to the last dance of the evening, everything was simply perfect. Their attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire day feel effortless. Every member of the staff went above and beyond, allowing our family to relax and truly enjoy every moment. Our guests are still talking about the wedding—especially the food! We've heard countless compliments, including, "That was the best steak I've ever had at a wedding!" The food and service were exceptional. Lauren and James don't just host weddings—they create unforgettable memories. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our family's day so magical. We will treasure those memories forever and wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate.

Madeline MignoneI attended a wedding yesterday. There are venues that tout extraordinary cuisine, but honestly, Mountainville Manor is the first place that ever met that reputation. Each serving was divine! The only regret I have is filling up with the delicacies at the cocktail hour. The servers were both professional and friendly. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this venue to anyone who has a special event on the horizon!!!!

Paul AhnMy wife and I had the most wonderful wedding at Mountainville Manor and we could not have been happier with our choice of venue. From the beginning, Lauren and James helped us with every step of the process and were always so responsive to all our questions. Despite the weather not cooperating, we had a beautiful ceremony in the ballroom and a tented reception that looked magical with the string lights and floral displays. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and unique our wedding was. We also got countless compliments on the food and cocktails. We particularly appreciated that a staff member was assigned to keeping tabs on us all day long to make sure we were fed, hydrated, and comfortable. It was truly one of the best days of our lives and we will forever remember Mountainville Manor fondly!

Tom Harmon PhotographyAs a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of shooting at Mountainville Manor several times—and it’s consistently one of my favorite venues in the Hudson Valley. This Victorian estate is full of charm, with stunning photo opportunities around every corner. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the house itself makes a perfect backdrop for portraits. One of the standout nearby locations is the Moodna Viaduct, just a short drive away—especially during golden hour. Sunset light also hits the back of the house just right, making for magical end-of-day shots on-site. Lauren and her team are incredible—always professional, organized, and genuinely helpful. Everything runs smoothly, which makes a huge difference for both vendors and couples. There are no unnecessary restrictions for photographers or other vendors, which creates a relaxed, creative environment. The venue also has great amenities, including plenty of parking and well-appointed bridal and groom suites. When the weather’s nice, their indoor/outdoor cocktail hour setup adds a great dynamic to the flow of the day. I definitely recommend Mountainville Manor to any couple looking for a romantic, well-run venue with endless photo potential. I’ve shot here 4–5 times and would happily come back again anytime.
