Wow, hard to describe how amazing The Cromwell Manor experience is. Kate makes this place run. From Vademe greeting us and showing us around to Kate making sure we were thrilled with breakfast..... Soooo many options cooked with care and to order. The room Oliver Cromwell Suite... was perfect for us. Super comfortable bed and spacious sitting area. The bathroom was large, clean and well appointed. The grounds at the Manor are beautiful with a huge tree swing and sitting areas with fire pits. We plan to return again and again as this area has way more to see and do than we could imagine. Oh, and (chill) Roy...the guest relations manager is a most wonderful fellow. Highly recommend! We were greeted by Kate at this incredibly beautiful inn. She showed us the home and all the amenities. There was fresh fruit, cookies, coffee and tea available for us to enjoy. Our room (The Wellington) was large with high ceilings, a fireplace and modernized bathroom. This inn was built in 1820, but it’s just beautiful and very comfy. We were visiting in October and the inn was decorated inside and out for the fall. The towels were thick and soft and we had water and chocolate in our room. The breakfast was made to order and the food is delicious! We had avocado toast, omelets and blueberry pancakes that were the best we have ever had. Literally stuffed with blueberries. Kate was available for anything we needed, but not around all the time. The grounds are beautiful and there is a tree swing and adirondack chairs to watch the sunset out back. Jones farm is next door and they have lots of goodies in their general store/bakery. The location is great if you want to see Storm King Art Center or anything in the Hudson River Valley area. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Cromwell Manor. They were so very welcoming. The manor was beautifully decorated with Fall decorations. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again!

We just returned from a beautiful long weekend at the Cromwell Manor Inn and we miss it already! Every part of the experience was wonderful. The Inn’s hosts and their dog Roy were so warm and welcoming and made our stay truly special. We stayed in the Canterbury Room and couldn’t have been happier with our room. It was large and clean and very comfortable with a large 4 post bed and large beautiful windows and a fireplace. The grounds are stunning - a beautiful and peaceful place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. A fantastic breakfast is also provided made to order and was outstanding. The location can’t be beat - a short drive away from so many great things to do - Storm King Art Center and park, Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival in the summer, shopping and antiquing in Cold Spring, Newburgh and Beacon, hiking, wineries.. the list goes on. We cannot wait to come back and make the Cromwell a new summer/fall tradition!

We had such a nice stay at Cromwell Manor Inn! Kate is a lovely hostess. She immediately showed us around the property and offered to upgrade us to another available room. Her recommendations on local activities and restaurants were all top notch! Marina was also wonderful and made us the most delicious breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable, and brimming with historic charm. The inn is situated just minutes from a quaint downtown area including Storm King Arts Center, and is a short 15 minute drive from many other restaurants, hikes, and other attractions. There is also a fluffy, lovable Great Pyrenees named Roy who will undoubtedly be a friendly companion during your stay.
