Andy CretaBesides the reasonably priced food, and being a super nice family all working together at Sakura, the food is great. If you are not already aware they serve Chinese (American Chinese) food as well as sushi. Normally one might question how good sushi is from a Chinese restaurant, but the sushi at Sakura is great! Recently while speaking to the owner Lin, I told her that their steamed dumplings are the best I have ever had at any other Chinese restaurant.....and there is a reason. I have noticed that at other establishments the dumplings are more of the white color and the dough is much thicker and there is less meat inside. But at Sakura, the dough is thinner and the dumplings are a darker color because you can see through the dough. When I told Lin this she very modestly told me that other people have told her the same. And this is because she hand makes hers along with several other menu items that other restaurants purchase pre-made. How lucky are we to have hand made food that is genuinely fabulous? If you have not tried the steamed dumplings, I highly recommend them!....and everything else off the menu.

Kelly KeaneI enjoyed the Japanese Lunch special with 2 rolls (impressive list to choose from!) and miso soup (or I could have had the salad), what an amazing bargain! The salmon/avocado roll was so fresh it simply melted in my mouth. I love the options of chinese, japanese, thai or poke. It allows for everyone to find something tasty to enjoy
