Ariana LightStopped in here with my family and the kids had a blast. It wasn't crowded, it was clean (although I did slip on a wooden toy) and there was a smaller area for younger kids that we took advantage of. The employee working the front desk seemed a little overwhelmed even though there were only 7 of us. They kept having to swipe the Billy Beez card for whatever reason, I don't work there, and it just took awhile to get in. Also Tap to Pay didn't work, which was really inconvenient. Overall, we had a good time and it reminded me of Discovery Zone.

Toos ToosI had an amazing experience at Billy beez! I went recently with my 3 children and let me tell you it was the best experience we’ve ever had! They have something for all children in the age ranges of 1-9 it’s was amazing. Anytime we go we see the manager Kayla working so hard she is wonderful! We will be back ! Customers for life!

Tom MackwellMy two daughters and I went for a birthday party, and had a great time. Friendly staff, nice party room, and enough to do to keep a kid busy for hours. If you've never been, it's basically a McDonald's PlayPlace but it's the entire store. Climbing, slides, and a ball room that has a central deposit that blows the balls all over the place. There are some arcade games, but near as I can tell, nobody cared- the main attraction was plenty. Only minor complaint was the person working the snack counter took a breather in the kitchen right when my kids wanted drinks, and another staff member had to go get her. She was friendly and quick when she came out though. No judgment. Enjoy the place.

Nicholas CuccaroWent here with my daughter , was a little disappointed with some of the facility . The basketball court only had one hoop and the scoreboard didn’t work, the ball pit area only a couple of the “guns” would work , the air pipes to bring the balls to the top didn’t seem to work , just seemed like some things were properly being maintained and fixed . Also , not sure if it was because we were there at 3 on a Friday but there was no hot food or anything available , only like chips and snacks . Overall I’d say I was disappointed with the condition of some of the place , but it was fun and a lot to do otherwise
