Amy WellsThe location is very convenient. The lobby is well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This place has great potential! Our issue was with the maintenance of the rooms- bathroom door could not close all the way, the table under the desk had a leg that was broken, the shower had visible rust on the metal holding the glass, and I had to request clean bedding for the pull out couch because the linens and pillow left in the wardrobe were very stained. Juveria Shariffpeaceful location and the staff is really welcoming. I had a wonderful experience at the bar thanks to Julissa. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. Even when things got busy, she remained positive, professional, and engaged with guests. Her energy and hospitality created a warm atmosphere overall. Hotel is close to Galleria mall and a handful of good restaurants within 10min drive.
