Stewart AbowitzJasmine was excellent. We did have a problem coming here. 20 med parc was not in my GPS. Whoever gave me another hotel on Dunning rd. When I saw Jasmine when we came here she gave me the correct address. She was exceptional when she took both our reservation.

Michele OsaniI booked the Holiday Inn for my daughter’s wedding. We had a block of about 25 rooms. We booked the Hudson Room for getting ready, an after party, and breakfast the next morning. I will admit, the planning started off a little rocky with our first contact at the hotel incorrectly booking our room block. However, Veer and Sneha stepped in and things went smoothly from there. Jesse and Jasmine at the front desk were also a pleasure to work with. They were even able to get a room for the bride’s grandparents at the last minute when their flight needed to be changed due to an impending N’or Easter. My only concern was that we needed two ADA rooms, and despite multiple requests for them in advance, there was a scramble at the last minute to accommodate those guests- but they were accommodated. All in all, we had a very good experience at this hotel. Thank you!
