Nicholas PampaninExceptional Experience We Will Definitely Be Back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely exceptional visit to Urban Air Crystal Run in Middletown! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff provided a welcoming, friendly, and helpful environment. Everyone working there was incredibly kind, but I want to give a massive, specific shout out to Jillian S. and Sophia S.! The kids had an absolute blast because there is just so much for them to do. I highly recommend bringing the kiddos for a day of so much fun or even hosting your kids' next birthday party there! You won't be disappointed! Jillian S. and Sophia S. went completely above and beyond with their customer service. My daughter's Gatorade accidentally spilled everywhere, and without a single moment of hesitation, they jumped right into action to clean it up. They were so incredibly sweet, happy, and willing to help out, which turned a stressful parenting moment into a seamless one. I can't thank Urban Air, Jillian S. and Sophia S. enough for making our visit such a great time and creating a wonderful memory for our family. We will absolutely be coming back!

Joneyris CaneloI can’t say enough good things about this place. the enjoyment and physical activities for my kids. We are members for over a year now and it’s been amazing to keep my kids entertained, sweating and socializing all year around. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here and again a great experience. All staff is well trained to keep the kids safe and accommodating any needs especially for special needs kids like my son who is autistic. I can’t say enough about Elizabeth Arias managing the park and Nathalie who I know for over a year now and every time we visit the park; we’re very pleased to see again. She’s always happy to help and excellent assisting with everything. It’s great to go to a place with a great team where all the family have fun and a great time in every visit. Jeremy CarlsonIt was our family’s first time visiting Urban Air (myself, my wife, our 8-year-old daughter, and our 4-year-old son), and we had an awesome experience! I must have looked a bit lost walking in, because an employee named Natalie came over to help us out almost immediately. She did a fantastic job explaining the different packages and pricing tiers. She even helped measure the kids and completely won over my finicky 4-year-old, which is no easy task! The facility was busy with birthday parties, but the space is so large and packed with activities that it never felt overly crowded. There were plenty of trampolines and climbing areas to keep my 4-year-old completely entertained. Meanwhile, my 8-year-old absolutely loved the harness activities. Halfway through our visit, I decided to upgrade our package so my daughter could try out some of the extra attractions. As soon as I walked up to the counter, Natalie was right there again to help us switch over seamlessly with zero wait time. The kids had a blast, completely burned out all their energy, and the location inside the Middletown Mall is super convenient. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. In fact, we are actually heading back there again today!

She took great care of all the kids, made sure everything stayed on schedule, and went above and beyond to make the celebration stress-free and fun. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly stood out. If you’re hosting a party at Urban Air, I highly recommend asking for Serenity. She deserves every bit of this 5-star review.
