Johanna BolickSometimes you are just trying to get help and life ends up rewarding you. I came to ArtVicki, to get some engraving and to my surprised, the have a tea chop!. I had to try it and I am so glad I did because I entered a place full of beautifull decorations and wonderful customer service. The tea, (Chai from India) was delicious full of flavor and the scone was delicious as well. This place is relaxing and full of good energy. I'm glad I came.

From the moment I approached her booth, it was clear that Vicki is not only a talented artist, but also a genuinely kind individual. Upon viewing her stunning creations, I was mesmerized by her creativity and craftsmanship. I had been looking for a new stovetop noodle board but had no clue where to find someone who could make me a new one. I then realized that Vicki would be the one to make my new board for my stove. Although I lost her business card, her daughter, who creates beautiful and fragrant soaps, helped me reconnect with her, because the day I met Vicki, I purchased a bar of soap that her daughter made, she is another creative beauty. I was determined to find Vicki for this new stovetop noodle board. When I visited her shop to order my stovetop noodle board, I was not only rewarded with exceptional customer service, I was in awe of the craftsmanship. This visit to the shop was an experience. Vicki and I spent well over two hours together, designing my board and sharing delightful conversation that truly uplifted my spirit. It felt as though we had known each other for years, despite this being only my second time seeing her and my first time talking to her since summer 2024 at the farmers market in Goshen NY. As I toured her shop, I taken aback by the beauty and serenity of the space, I didn't know what to expect, I was going to order a stovetop noodle board. In the back, Vicki operates another venture called Tranquili-Tea, where she serves a variety of exquisite teas. Her establishment is not just a shop; it's an experience. It serves as a peaceful retreat where individuals can unwind, connect, and even host events. My spirit felt rejuvenated during my time there. Vicki stands out for her exceptional customer service. The care she puts into her work is top tier, and I will always remember the warmth she exuded during my visit. As a lovely gesture, she gifted me a keychain that says, "Be the woman who roots for other women," which is a perfect example of her spirit and mission. Visiting Art Vicki Creations is an experience you won’t want to miss. Vicki not only provides beautiful products but also ensures that everyone leaves with an enriched soul. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting her shop, where you can expect personalized service, creativity, and an overall uplifting atmosphere.
