Ely FigueroaMy nephew had a ball. He didn't want to leave. It's fun for adults too, you get to play with your kids. It's big with plenty to do. The price is very affordable. It was our first time at a Billy beez.

Daniel SotoWe had a great experience, and a big reason for that was Kayla Gonzalez. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome the entire time. As a manager, she went out of her way to check on us, make sure we had everything we needed, and ensure we were genuinely enjoying ourselves. Her positive attitude and bright personality really stood out and made the experience even better. It’s clear she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. Kayla is absolutely the reason we’ll be coming back. Thank you for making our visit such a great one!

Katrina JensenWe had a great experience here. It’s clean, spacious, and so fun for kids of all ages. My children had an amazing time exploring and playing. I also want to give a shoutout to the employee named Alyssa. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit and she helped make our experience even better. Chris WatsonHad a contractor stating they would provide invitations they were never sent. They continued to say it was my fault and I have to deal with it. No type of remorse just we do not have control over that. Smh. Finally a conversation with a manager they made it right. I understand they have no control over the emails but I notified them at the beginning of the week they were not received. Another email should have been sent not until our conversation they sent three emails and finally after speaking with a manager they will provide me with an appropriate discount for failing to fulfill their contractual obligation. So I will increase my rating from 1 to 3 stars. They would have been 5 if my time for this was not wasted as it was today. $546 I should not have to create my own invitation Or deal with the headache they caused me and my children.
