⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at the West Point Golf Course Pro Shop! The Pro Shop at the West Point Golf Course (WPGC) at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, is absolutely worth a visit! Without a doubt, the Golf Course Director, Pro Shop Manager, and entire sales staff are exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and the kind of welcoming atmosphere that makes a visit to West Point even more memorable. The selection of merchandise is fantastic, with quality items that appeal equally to golfers, visitors, and proud West Point alumni looking for something special to take home. During my recent visit to West Point, I stopped by the WPGC Pro Shop on two separate occasions just to make sure I picked up everything I wanted—and I was very glad that I did! The staff made both visits enjoyable, and the quality and variety of the merchandise made it easy to find several terrific West Point items. Great people, great merchandise, and money very well spent! If you have the opportunity to be on the West Point post and have some free time, make the trip over to the West Point Golf Course Pro Shop. Even if you are not playing a round of golf that day, the Pro Shop itself is well worth the visit. Highly recommended—and Beat Navy!
Aug 9, 2026 · Google ReviewWonderful course to play. Well designed, and excellently maintained. You can tell that the people who play this course respect it. The staff is very nice, and the facilities are excellent as well. The overall golf experience is commensurate with the greens fees. Well done! A first-time player here should know that the greens are extremely fast!
Jul 25, 2026 · Google Reviewreviewing this place for all the wrong reasons - as a cyclist this is a hidden oasis. Whether your'e coming south from beacon or beyond or north after bear, this is an amazing stop. I've come here on the way to storm king and it is perfect. Delicious and cheap food to have a pit stop while you admire the stunning golf course. Tranquility and peace after the terrible 9w section you just had to endure to get here. The coffee here is delicious (nitro cold brew), wraps are wonderful and the employees are great and friendly. Place is NOT busy at all and genuinely one of my favorite stops as I make my way up north from the city. Surprised people haven't found this place besides weekend golfers or visitors. The pricing is actually incredibly generous for the place its in. Seriously no complaints at all and I hope they continue doing whatever they are doing here because its my new favorite pitstop.
Aug 16, 2026 · Google ReviewEasily one of the more scenic rounds in the area. You’re playing right along the Hudson in spots, and it has that classic, understated military-course feel—nothing flashy, just solid golf. The routing uses the land really well. Elevation changes are real here, and club selection becomes a big part of the round. Greens are usually on the slower side but roll true. It’s not overly difficult, but it makes you think enough to stay engaged. Worth the trip just for the setting alone.
Apr 21, 2026 · Google ReviewJust played a round. The course is fantastic. Well maintained and plays longer than yardage. Hills that never seem to end. Challenging but really enjoyable. Lunch is bar was very good and prices were good. Will definitely try to get back for another round.
