I had been trying to get on a hot air balloon ride with other companies for a few months before I found Above the Clouds, and they completely exceeded my expectations. Communication around the weather and flying conditions was excellent throughout the entire process. Chris was such a great pilot, and Deana was absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome and comfortable as a solo traveler. I loved the opportunity to fly literally above the clouds! The whole experience was incredible from start to finish, and I would absolutely book with them again!

Anthony LuchThis is said all over advertising but the folks at “Above The Clouds“ really go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. Deana and Chris were the most kindest and hospitable host who are incredibly quick with a joke and to offer a homemade, fresh baked good. The hot air balloon ride itself is a wonderfully peaceful, ironically grounding experience where you get to witness rural upstate New York from a stunning new perspective. “Above The Clouds“ makes you feel safe while showing the guests an outrageously fun time. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely do it again!

Anthony LucianoWhat a great morning, you start off by Deana making u feel rt at home with fresh coffee and home made bread. As the staff gets the equipment ready there is a brief lesson on the Ballon n gondola.. then Chris with 40 years experience takes u up to see a beautiful sunrise while sharing story's n landscape scenery. Chris n Deana run there crew like one big family., what a awsome time.. thank you so much... we will be seeing u again..
