If you go bring plenty of snacks and drinks in a cooler. Breakfast was ok since it was “included” in the hotel stay, but have had a better experience with the continental breakfast at Holiday Inn where my son got to push a button to make pancakes versus be charged for them at Legoland. Do not… I repeat do not get dinner there. Way over priced for very limited options for children and adults. Can get 2 takeout dinners delivered for the price you would pay for their dinner “buffet.” The breakfast they serve you in little plastic skillets and if you want more eggs, bacon, sausage etc. they charge you for them. They give you enough food for 2 adults, but have to stretch it for your 2 kids as well. Luckily there is some cereal and bread to eat as well. Whoever designed the dining area and menus failed out of hospitality school the way they run it. They put price and profit over actually providing a well rounded dining experience. If you plan to go frequently, buy a gold membership for the “free” parking and admission. Just stay locally at another hotel or Air BnB.
Jun 20, 2026 · Google ReviewWe went back in May for two nights but it was ruined due to rain so couldn’t enjoy the park much we booked a second trip for three nights in July and it was perfect except for the cancellation of the fireworks which never got rescheduled. First time we stayed in friends room and my daughter and son loved it truly an amazing experience they will cherish forever we all got emotional leaving because there was so much to do and it was cut short so I booked a se one trip first off this is not a three star hotel this is a 4 star easily it has a castle in the lobby a bar a restaurant an arcade a shop that sells pajamas slippers Lego sets snacks and more there’s fire pits a pool a gym on site laundry vending machines ice machines and themed rooms. The staff is so friendly the showers are hot and awesome water pressure the bathroom is huge the kids have there own area with tv bunk beds and Lego pit there’s scavenger hunts. Find Mr gold and play a fun lobby game for a prize. Figure out the safe code to get some goodie bags. We loved it going back in October ! The lacking is the buffet but really when you get a free breakfast $100 a night for dinner isn’t bad kids eat what they want and everyone is happy. Loved it loved it can’t say enough good things.
Jul 12, 2026 · Google ReviewThis place is weird.. the parking situation makes absolutely zero sense. The hotel doesn’t provide carts to bring in luggage, you have to wait for a guy to come and do it for you and then bring it up to your room. For what reason? The lack of information is concerning, with reservations required for water parks but there’s no mention of that prior until you get to the water park. Same day reservation only as well.. The activities for the kids in the hotel are lackluster and are designed to be done as cheap as possible. Honestly, it’s underwhelming and I’d be embarrassed to present that as a product. This place unfortunately knows they have you by the balls and can overcharge and under-deliver. Onto the good, the staff were all super friendly. The park greeters were super kind, staff at the big store were kind overall everybody was great. The pool lifeguards were incredible. Whoever is managing them should be the GM here. They had 3 lifeguards on duty at any given time actively watching the pool with 3 lifeguards on the side and they swapped out every 15-30 minutes. The lifeguards although young, were scanning the pool religiously and when swapping out one would keep eyes on the pool while the other one got set up. Honestly, super impressed there.
