The addition of the salad bar has been a great destination for a healthy and quick lunch option in town. They're so caring and always wants to make sure your experience is top notch! Jeff LittleStopped by Diplomat Café & Bakery to catch up with a friend and ended up having a great experience. Everything felt thoughtfully done—from the pastries, which were fresh and full of flavor, to the cappuccino, which was spot on. The space itself has a really comfortable, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The Tutti Fruitti refresher was out of this world! I also noticed their open salad bar with biodegradable bowls, which is a great touch and something I’ll definitely be back to try. We also took home some of their canned cafe lattes which was great. The service really stood out too—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend checking it out.

MarieAnn Raguso (Dr MAC)Today was my first time visiting Diplomat Café since it moved locations, which moved well over a year ago. It was absolutely beautiful and pristine inside and it smelled like fresh baked goods and real expresso (not that commercial crap)—which is how all cafés should smell in my opinion. If you have not been... you are missing out. Literally a taste of Europe in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Diplomat offers pastries, a salad bar, lattes, sweets, canned on site beverages, and much more. Stop by and give it a try—perfect for the entire family or just solo.

Maria LittleMy husband took me for coffee & a treat on mother’s day. I loved the outdoor seating!! It was great, right in the center of town. The host was great too! 10/10 recommend! Highly recommend the “Tutti Fruitti”
