My son just had his wedding last weekend at Pioneer Farms. It was so much more than the warm, elegant and loving weekend I had hoped for. I was a little concerned that every time I asked my son and his (now) wife if I could do something I was told "Don't worry! It is handled." It was handled. Beautifully handled. Professionally handled by Matt, Dana, the chef, the floral designer and the entire staff.They were ON IT. I have been told that I am a grumpy Long Islander who is never satisfied but the truth is, if you feed me well, keep me comfortable, add beautiful details in beautiful scenery and check in regularly but not too much, I'm pretty happy. It doesn't happen often but when it does it is blissful. I had the most relaxing weekend! How many mothers of the groom can say that about their son's wedding. Despite the fact that we were able to relax in one of the houses on the property or on a porch or at the pool, Matt, Dana and their crew were busy bees setting everything up. Each gathering - the Friday night welcome dinner, Friday night drinks, Saturday Wedding, Saturday Afterparty and Sunday breakfast . Each event had its own breathtakingly beautiful location and as I was taking each one in, Matt would show up out of nowhere and ask if everything was ok. If I hinted that a minor detail could perhaps be tweaked, it was done. I am sure that somebody in my family will post pictures and say more but I have been getting non stop phone calls and texts about nice the wedding was. I am so happy that my kids were celebrated by their beautiful friends and family in a setting that was as warm, loving and beautiful as they are.

Pioneer Farm and the people that work there feel like family. Matt (the owner) is really one of the kindest, happiest people you will ever meet, and has made us feel like we are now part of the Pioneer Farm family for life. He and our amazing planer Dana, were beyond what I could imagine. Given that we were going through grief from my mom's recent passing, they helped us handle so much especially when we felt beyond overwhelmed. Dana, is truly an incredible human being that I am so glad to know. Alivia, our florist through Pioneer Farm helped make things just look beautiful in a way that we didn’t know it could. We never cared about color scheme, but when my mom passed, we wanted to add splashes of purple (since she had pancreatic cancer) but also make it colorful, like her and me! Alivia also went above and beyond and not just was our chuppah stunning, but my mom’s chair was more than anything I could have asked for. After the wedding, Alivia planted the clematis vine that was part of the chair flowers on the farm, so my mom’s presence is just always on the gorgeous property. Pioneer Farm is more than just a wedding venue. It truly is a feeling, a happy space to love, laugh, and celebrate.

We just had our wedding here and it was the best weekend of our lives truly due to the farm itself. We saw the farm on a cold grey winter day and we could already see the magic this place holds and meeting Matt (the owner) and seeing how personable he is made it an easy decision. Fast forward to our wedding weekend and it exceeded any expectations we could have had. I honestly barely gave much direction on how I wanted the weekend to go but the whole team understood the assignment and delivered. Dana - the wedding coordinator truly was unbelievable and handled every single detail so perfectly. She made our vision come to life better than I could have imagined. We stayed at the farm for the whole weekend with all our friends and family and it truly felt like home. The rehearsal dinner was in the back yard of the house we stayed in decorated so beautifully and the pizza was to die for (Emily’s Hearth) Wedding day came around and it was pouring rain. We had a rain plan in effect but then the rain decided to clear an hour before the ceremony. Matt ( the owner) knew how much I wanted the ceremony outside so he had the team move 183 chairs from under a tent to the outside ceremony location for us. They really went above and beyond. The reception was beautiful. Tables decorated perfectly with flowers homegrown on the farm. The food was unbelievable (catering by Anthony Mario)- local fresh ingredients and our guests truly haven’t stopped talking about it. And then the next day we all gathered around the gorgeous pool that makes you feel like you’re in a different country with the views for one last de brief with bagels and mimosas. I wish I could shout out every single person involved on the team making it so perfect because everyone played such a huge part! BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER. You will have zero regrets !!!!

We are still floating from the joy of our wedding at Pioneer Farm this past weekend, and we cannot say enough amazing things about Matt, Dana, Anthony, and the entire team. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us and our guests like family. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched — every little thing was handled with such care, and it truly went above and beyond what we ever imagined. The property itself is absolutely magnificent. From the rolling lawns to the charming architecture and breathtaking views, every corner of Pioneer Farm felt like a dream come true and provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Dana, our wedding coordinator, was incredible. She kept everything running smoothly, handled every detail with grace, and made sure we could relax and enjoy our day without a single worry. A special shoutout as well to Anthony and the catering team — the food was spectacular! Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was and how beautifully it was presented. It elevated the entire celebration and made the night unforgettable. If I had to nitpick anything at all, I genuinely couldn’t — the whole weekend was absolutely perfect. Thanks to Pioneer Farm, our wedding weekend was seamless, joyful, and perfect in every way. We are so grateful to have celebrated such an important moment of our lives here. We recommend Pioneer Farm with our whole hearts to any couple looking for a magical wedding experience.

We found Pioneer Farm after having a terrible experience with another venue. Matt took it upon himself (without even telling us) to fly back from Florida where he was staying with his family to show us the farm in February. Even with six inches of snow on the ground, we could see how gorgeous this venue was and we felt totally taken care of by Matt and his team. This held true throughout our entire planning process and our wedding weekend. Dana (wedding planner) was fantastic to work with and made it clear that whatever we wanted she would make work, while also helping me with some decision fatigue towards the end. Lindsay (co-owner and floral designer) executed my exact vision for our reception and made gorgeous floral arrangements for the houses, my bouquet, and our arch. Henry, Esme, and the rest of the farm team could not have been better- their relaxed attitude but attention to detail was a godsend. I wish we could do it all over again (and quite honestly are looking for excuses to rent the farm and have Anthony Mario cater again). You will not regret working with them!

I recently photographed a wedding at Pioneer Farm, and it was STELLAR. The experience was so amazing, I'm not sure I can properly put it into words! My couple was intentional about booking a venue that genuinely cared about them. Because Pioneer Farm only books 8 weddings a year, this venue goes above and beyond for its couples, and it showed in everything they did for this wedding. Every staff member, the coordinator, and the owner were fantastic in every possible way. They were attentive and kind, and pivoted efficiently with no complaints when the weather unexpectedly turned to rain. The coordinator and florals are included as a part of booking at Pioneer Farm, and they are honestly incredible. The coordinator, Dana, is beyond wonderful and efficient; the florist, Caro, is a true artist. The owner, Matt, was also on site, and helped in every way he possibly could for this wedding. The couple used just about all of the locations on site as a part of their wedding weekend, choosing to get ready in the big house and Creamery, and then still doing an outdoor ceremony (despite the rain!) and tented reception. We even were still able to take a golf cart up to the top of the hill for some couple portraits, despite the dreary weather. Everyone at this venue is a team player, and deeply cares about the people they serve. To say I was impressed is an understatement, and I so hope I get to spend another wedding day there again!

Working with Pioneer Farm was an absolute dream! We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding on the farm this past June. Matt, Lindsay, and their entire team are exceptional to work with, and the property is gorgeous. The entire process feels very personable from start to finish. They let you bring your own unique personality, ideas, and vision to the day - no idea is too big or too small, which makes every wedding feel one of a kind - which is exactly what we were looking for. They were organized, responsive, and extremely collaborative. Our welcome dinner, wedding day, and brunch were all at the farm which provided ease for planning, and our guests loved coming back each day - they fell in love with the farm just as we did! The team is fast and nimble keeping the plans and vision in tact - rain or shine. They know what they are doing, and it really shows. The food and drinks were incredible, and Chef Anthony allows you to customize to your own taste and preference. The flowers and decor were so beautiful, from mood boards to execution, we couldn't be happier - so many peonies! Dana the on-site wedding planner was such a pleasure to work with! She is responsive, organized, and no detail is too small to cover. We knew we were in great hands from the second we met her. We can't recommend Pioneer Farm enough, it was the most beautiful and special wedding weekend!

We had our wedding at Pioneer Farm last weekend and it was absolutely magical! We have nothing but amazing things to say about the farm and the entire team! Our friends and family can’t stop talking about how incredible it was! The onsite accommodations are wonderful and made it so easy and fun for our wedding party. The team even sets up beautiful floral arrangements in all the houses for the weekend! The grounds are also stunning - from the pool to the ceremony site, to the reception tent and bonfire up the hill! We even lucked out with a beautiful weather weekend! Pioneer farm makes wedding planning so easy with everything included in their weekend events. They throw a beautiful rehearsal dinner with incredible pizzas and a fun mimosa and bagel brunch. They do the most breathtaking florals for the entire weekend - all grown on site - and take care of everything from tents to rental items to transportation, which truly makes wedding planning so much less stressful! The catering by Chef Anthony is also an absolute highlight. The cocktail hour spread is incredible and the reception food was all amazing! Our guests were so impressed and we absolutely loved everything, we couldn’t believe how good it was! Dana, the venue planner, is absolutely wonderful to work with! She was so helpful and on top of everything. We were able to be so relaxed all weekend because we knew Dana had everything covered! Matt was also wonderful to work with from our first tour through wedding weekend and his whole team were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our weekend special and relaxed! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding weekend!
