Trevor CameronFour stars for the Fairfield Inn up in Goshen — and honestly, it could've gone the other way if not for one person who genuinely saved the night. We rolled in after a long stretch of driving, and check-in hit a snag right out of the gate. I'm not going to air out all the details, but it was one of those situations where you're standing at the desk tired, a little frustrated, and you start doing the mental math on whether you made the right call booking this place. Not a great feeling. Then the night auditor stepped in — you know who you are, my friend, and yes, the glasses were absolutely on point — and just flipped the whole thing around. No runaround, no corporate brush-off, just a real person treating us like we actually mattered. Handled everything calmly, made it right, and by the time we were heading to the room I'd already forgotten why I'd been annoyed in the first place. That's not nothing. That's actually rare. The property itself is solid — clean, comfortable, does exactly what a Fairfield is supposed to do when you're passing through the Hudson Valley area and just need a good night's rest without drama. Goshen is a pleasant little stop and this place fits it fine. My one honest ding is simply that the check-in hiccup happened at all — smooth arrival would've been the easy five. But start to finish, once things got sorted, the stay exceeded expectations — and that's entirely down to one night auditor who treated two tired travelers like family. If you find yourself needing a stop in Goshen, this place will take care of you.

John CandyThe hotel is fine. I am leaving this review to warn other parents about how uncomfortable the pullout mattresses are. My son said it was the worst. We had to get extra towels and layer them on the 4 inch mattress to provide additional cushion so he couldn’t feel the metal. I expected better for a hotel next to Legoland. Make sure you get an even room. Odd ones face the highway that is a stones throw away.

shiv thackerHonestly felt like home. Very pleasant place to stay in Goshen New York. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff service is very accommodating, we checked in at 11pm and had to leave at 4am and they kept bagels aside for us in the morning and made sure we were well set on the rest of our journey which we thought was very kind of them to do so.
