I recently visited Grand Slam and was shocked to discover there was no option to leave a tip when paying by credit card. The bartender provided outstanding service—pouring drinks, serving food, running to and from the kitchen, and keeping the bar area running smoothly. When I asked about it, she told me she has worked there for years and that management has never offered a credit card tipping option. In a time when many customers don't carry cash, this unfairly limits hardworking employees from receiving tips they have earned. I hope ownership fixes this immediately and starts showing more appreciation for their staff. Until then, I will not be returning, and I encourage other customers who support service workers to voice their concerns and consider taking their business elsewhere until this issue is addressed.

You can't get more vocal than this guy. Born and raised in the area. Learn how to make pizza when he was a kid add the local pizzeria he's been at this place 31 years now and hopefully he's still going strong as ever cuz he still looks like he is I wish them luck for another 31 more years and mor.e. if you're not a nice bar/ pizzeria this is the place for you my kind of bar it's the kind of bar I hung out in my younger days. The locals love the place. Which I'm glad they do cuz everything's great about it especially the owner Dennis. 🤘
