I had my bike tuned up at Bikeway. They completed the work swiftly. I was greeted warmly when entering. The woman and the young man were friendly. However, one person there was very unfriendly. Never smiled and seemed angry. Not sure if I will go back should I need anything.

They ALWAYS provide the best service when I get in a bind with my 21+ bicycles! Not many bike shops would tolerate servicing a 1982 lugged Cannondale, Marin step-through covered in bicycle racks, stickered-up carbon fiber Gary Fisher 29er that’s been through hell and back… but these folks do…Service turnaround and prices are EXTREMELY fair! PLEASE support them!

I rode there with a small piece of metal sticking out of my tire: They we're kind and helped me to install two beautiful new and structural tires, two new tubes, a new shifter cable, and even dug zealously through their box of older parts to find something that may fit my older bicycle. Thanks Bikeway & Craig for an awesome experience! Rented a specialized levo sl for a day and Craig recommended the Watershed Park at Port Jervis. We arrived a bit early on a weekday before opening and Craig greeted us ready to help with bike and set-up. Super seamless, fun plus covid friendly process. So glad I got to try this e-mtb from this very cool shop. Would love to make another visit and hit the trails again.
