Tonessa West CroweThe staff was super friendly. The issues we had were that the ice machine and the vending machines were broken. We were told that they were waiting for parts. No air conditioning in the lobby; therefore, the candy that they were selling in the lobby was melted. Breakfast service was completed at 9:00 AM on the dot. No food or beverages were available after 9:00 AM. I have never seen a breakfast service completed by 9 AM on the weekends at any hotel I have stayed at. The rooms were clean, and the linen was fresh. I found it interesting that when we asked for a wake-up call, it was a loud knock on the door.

Steven reedNight shift worker Emily and GM Sharon are both great people and provided me great service. The rooms are extremely outdated. The bed sheet had stains and burn marks, the AC front was falling off and the vent is busted. The curtains keep the dark out and the light in.Mattress on beds are Hard. No coffee maker in room. Bathroom has mold on ceiling, and hair on shower wall. TV has lines on entire screen and color is messed up. Not enough outlets to charge phones. Carpet is in horrible shape and stained. This Hotel is in dire need of catching up to 2026. For a Wyndham hotel the breakfast is not on par for today’s breakfast selections at hotels. Vending and Ice machine are all out of order and no ice bucket in room. Wyndham please save this hotel and bring it up to meet the travelers expectations. Make it meet the expectations for the amount customers are paying for. Thank you Sharon and Emily for your help with this stay. By the way I bought 2 rooms

USWe stayed at this location during the 4th of July. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes away from Legoland. The hotel smells of cigarettes, and the carpets are not clean, with dirty spots. The rooms need major renovation, with old furniture and appliances that seem old and non-functional. It appears that they recently painted the room and upgraded the room's AC. It's not family-friendly; there are better options out there for families for a little bit more. If you're really on a budget and just want to spend a night, this will work.

j anthonyhonestly questioning the reviews after my stay. haven't checked out yet but this is the nicest super 8 i been too. i expected the worst but the room was clean. bed was clean. bathroom was clean. dated but its a super 8. i think people just complain about nonsense. this was not a bad stay at all.
