Adrien AcevedoI was looking for a hotel for a longer stay than I usually am accustomed to booking on my own for work and it being the summer, the date range I was looking for lead to significant difficulty in finding availability anywhere within a 15 min. radius of the airport. After a day or two of searching and making calls to other hotels under other brands, I was finally able to be accommodated by this holiday inn here at just 10 min. out in large part to the help of Cody Warchol, the sales manager at this location. Mr. Warchol was understanding and most importantly honest with what he can do for me and it was what ultimately lead me to making the decision on staying here rather than the other hotels I contacted of which had less than favorable outcomes and provided little to no assurance of being able to make things happen if anything at all under the circumstances brought upon by the peak season. I'm a frequent visitor of properties under the ihg umbrella and also had a well accommodated long term stay at one of the neighboring holiday inns and this experience now has me considering on referring to ihg hotels as my first choice in the future. I Highly recommend this specific property for long term stays for work purposes and I wish I reached out sooner if I knew how easy the team here would make things for me.

Lo EspHave stayed at this hotel a number of times. Always very clean and well kept. Staff is very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast is very good and a good selection to choose from. Will stay here whenever needed in future without a second thought.

Adrienne EliseThis was my first time staying at this hotel. I was partly dissatisfied with my stay, mainly from the terrible shower head, lack of attention to detail while cleaning, and stained sheet on the bed. We also had a fire alarm emergency due to another guest who stupidly microwaved a McDonald’s wrapper, but I’m grateful for the quick response of the local emergency services. Standing in the cold night was not fun. But better safe than sorry. Pros: amenities were excellent (breakfast, drinks, laundry, parking). I’ve emailed the general manager last week and hope to get a response to my concerns.

Coral HigginsHad a great stay. Our car battery died and we walked across the street to get a new one (thanks so a conveniently placed auto parts store) and Courtney helped us replace it! He was very nice and helpful, and it really made our day!
