Nurse KrisWe stopped by Middletown and tried this place to have a snack. We ordered the chicken, beef, cheese and chorizo empanadas with chimichuri and mango habanero sauce. They all tasted good and flavorful. The price ranges between $2-$2.45 per empanada. It’s worth our stop and we’ll surely be back to try the other varieties if we’re in town.

Sebastian DangerfieldI made the error of visiting Olivia's when I had to be somewhere in 40 minutes, thinking I would have my order and be able to get to my destination in plenty of time. I ordered six empanadas but they took about 25 minutes. Hadn't been there before and normally I would leave a less than glowing review, but the quality and care that went into the food here was excellent. These were not hastily made empanadas or ones that had been sitting under a heat lamp. They were fresh, freshly cooked, well constructed, flavorful and large, especially for the price. They weren't all made with the same type of dough, reflecting the care that went into creating them. I'll certainly be back but will leave myself more time and try their other dishes.

It’s a small, hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but don’t let the size fool you—the food is INCREDIBLE! They have the best empanadas around, hands down! Everything is always so fresh, flavorful, and delicious. You can tell they put love into their food, and every bite is better than the last. I could honestly eat their empanadas all the time! If you haven’t tried Olivia’s yet, GO! Support this little local gem—you will not be disappointed.

Britt ArmstrongI tried three different varieties of Empanadas and loved them all. The rice and beans were perfect. I went later in the day and they were sold out of pork. I can't wait to go back and try that. The young lady at the counter was very nice. I will definitely recommend this restaurant.
