Li Li VansicklenThe American Diner is Absolutely one of the best diners around…the staff is amazing. The service is outstanding. The food is made exactly how you want .. Generous portions, ,beautifully presented. Jennifer makes an outstanding cappuccino not something you can find often in the diner. The overall atmosphere is really nice… The staff and the patrons are all friendly. It’s like one big family! The pricing is also extremely reasonable great place to bring your family, or just grab a meal with a friend!

RuthieCame here around 10:30am. Food was exceptional the fries were perfectly salted and crispy, the burger was cooked well, just how I like it. I love going to diners! I will say, however, the diner was kind of packed and eating here felt a little rushed yet our food took a while to come out. The wait was worth it though over all 4/5 ☆☆☆☆

Gabriel WoodhouseGreat diner with excellent variety of options including healthy fare and diner classics. Food is fresh and well-prepared. We came in for lunch and I had a bistro salad which was loaded with fresh spinach and other veggies and a classic grilled cheese, which was perfectly done, crispy and buttery, served with a dill spear and fresh coleslaw. Service was friendly, attentive and fast. Will defintely return during our next visit to Middletown.

Benjamin LaoGreat spot to grab breakfast before a long day out! We needed an easy stop and Americana Diner nailed it. Good parking lot, and the vibe inside is really pleasant—super accommodating and comfortable to manage with a toddler in tow. The food portions are great, so we left stuffed and ready for the day. Great food, great experience.

Vivian AFirst time here and I ordered a blt which came with pickles, fries, and coleslaw. Everything was made perfectly and they did not simp on the bacon. Pancakes were good as well. I would've liked a little more flavor on the pancake since it tasted just like batter but it was made to perfection. Location was pretty spacious we had a party of 6 and they were able to accommodate us pretty quick. The waiter was super nice and always making sure we had everything we need. Overall pricing, service, and experience was very good. I will be back again!
