Orange County Fair Speedway
Orange County Fair Speedway is the oldest continuously operating dirt track in the United States. It was constructed in 1857 for horse racing at the annual Orange County Fair. In 1919, the first auto race was held on what was then called the “Harry Clay Oval.” The 5/8 mile hard clay track located in Middletown, NY is home of the historic Eastern States Weekend and weekly racing every Saturday from April-September.

Warstine JuersI haven't been to the fair in years. It brought back a lot of memories. It seemed to cater more to the younger people. I miss the the craft booths that used to be there back in the day. You could get such beautiful things made. All the selling booths had cheap looking stuff. The food was average, nothing to write home about. The alcohol beverages were pricey. The best thing was that they had live bands every night which was awesome. We got to see Stairway to Halen and they were frigging awesome. Overall the fair was okay. Rate: 3/5

Matt YacubeckWhat an awesome venue to be at, they held a massive car show by clean culture and had a drift event going on live on the racetrack! The place itself was very clean and welcoming and the flow of the layout works well. There never seemed to be a bottle neck of people even though there was a ton. Everything flowed well. The food and drink prices were a little higher then I would have liked for the quality of food I was being sold. I spent $6 on what I thought was chicken tenders. And received 6 chicken nuggets the same size McDonalds would give you. It was disappointing for the price. But the people were pleasant. All in all I had a great time, I would just come on a full stomach already or bring a deep pocket.

Theresa LutzWent saturday for the burnout Nationals only to realize we had another event the same day so we stayed about an hour hour and a half and left
