I had the most perfect wedding thanks to the staff at Otterkill. From the start Corey was extremely attentive and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Erin did a phenomenal job with my flowers and brought my vision to life exactly how I imagined. Jaime and Katie were by my side through my special day making sure I was good and directed the flow of the day. Everyone could not stop talking about the food. Chef Victor did an outstanding job and our guests loved the family style presentation. I am so full of joy of how everything turned out and owe it all to the staff. The grounds of Otterkill were beautiful and a great backdrop for my photos. Thank you for turning our special day into moments my husband and I will cherish forever.

May 24, 2026 was our wedding at Otterkill, and we truly could not have chosen a better venue. We visited at least five different venues throughout the Hudson Valley area, and from the very first email, Corey’s communication stood out immediately. We dealt with many venues that were not transparent with pricing or menus, and several had issues accommodating our 75–90 guest count. Otterkill completely blew every other venue out of the water. We loved the wood features, greenery, neon signs, and overall atmosphere of the venue. There were so many beautiful spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and they never once gave us a problem about our guest count or requests. Corey made us feel comfortable from the beginning. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, welcomed us back multiple times to go over details, and truly worked with us before we even decided on our wedding date. Throughout the planning process, he was incredibly responsive and organized — there were even moments where he recapped my own notes better than I could have. He also recommended vendors, and the photographer he suggested ended up being one of the best decisions we made besides choosing Otterkill itself. Our guests loved the food, bartenders, and overall service. Everyone was personable and genuinely cared about making the day special. Erin one of the owners, was amazing to work with and fixed our floor plan multiple times for us. She was also there to go over things with us when we dropped off decor a couple days before our wedding. She really took the time to answer all of our questions and is a great person. Olivia, my bridal concierge, was absolutely wonderful. I had a lot going on that day and definitely did not delegate very well, but she constantly checked in to see what I needed. She was emotional support, fixed and bustled my dress multiple times, kept me hydrated, and was just such a calming presence throughout the day. My family repeatedly said they would not have been able to do it without her, and I completely agree. Jamie, our maître d’, also went above and beyond. Because of the rain, we had to adjust our entire timeline at the last minute, but the team still made my dream of getting married outside happen. They timed everything perfectly and had the ceremony set up just as the rain stopped. Jamie checked on us constantly throughout the night and handled every detail seamlessly. He coordinated with our best man and maid of honor, directed vendors and guests, and kept everything running smoothly — including things we probably do not even know about. My husband and I truly never had to worry about a thing. Our families loved him, we loved him, and we are so grateful to the entire Otterkill team for making our wedding day feel so effortless and special. We love Otterkill so much, and we are beyond happy we chose to celebrate our wedding there.
