The finest local ingredients along with a magnificent wine cellar. Breakfast, 8am-10am (Daily for Hotel Guests). Brunch, Sun, 12-3pm. Dinner, Thur-Sun, 6pm-8:30pm.

Larry WiseClose to ny but oh so far actually. Beautiful grounds, well appointed rooms. Variety of land and sea entrees is high given size of restaurant, and coravin wine is always interesting.
