The staff is very nice, and the facilities are excellent as well. The overall golf experience is commensurate with the greens fees. Well done! A first-time player here should know that the greens are extremely fast!

Public GolfEasily one of the more scenic rounds in the area. You’re playing right along the Hudson in spots, and it has that classic, understated military-course feel—nothing flashy, just solid golf. The routing uses the land really well. Elevation changes are real here, and club selection becomes a big part of the round. Greens are usually on the slower side but roll true. It’s not overly difficult, but it makes you think enough to stay engaged. Worth the trip just for the setting alone.

Robert SternJust played a round. The course is fantastic. Well maintained and plays longer than yardage. Hills that never seem to end. Challenging but really enjoyable. Lunch is bar was very good and prices were good. Will definitely try to get back for another round.

K YoungBeen a while since I played this course and the new clubhouse, restaurant, outdoor lounge area has really made huge strides. This is now a premier public golf course in the area. The staff are all really nice (except for the clubhouse/pro shop guy, he was kind of unfriendly). I didn't get any food, but it looks great. The course itself have been improved as well. It is still TOUGH as hell. Narrow, elevated, blind, fast greens, putting with artillery going off in the background. Bring your big boy pants.
