Stephanie SpearsDisappointed had to change rooms cause window was broken and second room was clean except bathroom it needed major attention. And I was given gloves and Lysol wipes to clean up the mess that was left and also got a clean shower curtain. When I checked out talked to management and showed her pictures and she kindly refunded the night. Would I stay here again for the most part yes but next time I will ask to see room first.

Richard_O9999Very reasonable price for the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. |The rooms were clean but showed that the building was from the 50s or 60s - NOT fancy.|The air conditioners were a bit loud but effective. (We learned to adjust the controls so the noise was reduced.)|The bed room w/the queen bed is also the entrance, dining area so be sure to be comfortable with very limited privacy. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, a capsule coffee maker, some silver ware and dishes.|All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.|The breakfast had warm scrambled eggs (were better than most), bacon, and on Sunday the pancakes were also good if not on the bottom of the chaffing tray.|Coffee and hot water was always available in the lobby.|The visitor center, museum and tour were a very short walk away (down a hill).|Parking was ample.|Many restaurants were also in walking distance.

Lupita LupercioTruly an amazing stay, I came from the city for a little get away trip for thanksgiving. Got a nice bedroom felt like a little home, clean. Coffee maker, nice kitchen area, AC/heater. And the front desk lady was an absolute delight! She was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was definitely good too! Overall, great stay for visiting West Point!
