Beautiful hotel, very clean and spacious. Almost too spacious - hallways are super long. Elevators take a while, but it’s not horrible given the size of the place. Great outdoor grounds, including a grill and fire place. Plenty of seating! Best part- very friendly staff - Meghan is the best! The gym is ok, rather small but has free weights, treadmills, etc. nice pool. I just hated the thermostat - it’s on the wall around the corner from the bed and it has a motion sensor that stops when it doesn’t detect movement like at night. Got very hot at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay!

The staff here is excellent. I would like to give a specific shoutout to Megan who was so accommodating and kind to my family and specifically my 10 month old daughter. Highly recommend this property - clean, kind, easily accessible, and excellent breakfast in the morning.

Great rooms -- clean, spacious -- with a good simple breakfast buffet each morning included in price. (Location is w/in 1/2 hour drive of West Point.) Only complaint is that in the two nights we spent there, the room was never serviced/cleaned.

I have to say My Husband and I travel all over the US for work and this extended stay is definitely one of the best we have ever stayed in. First Kathy and Zoey are two of the sweetest most amazing lady's ever..They both were so sweet and helpful in every aspect of our month long stay. Second the housekeeping crew was awesome as well if we needed anything they made it happen. And then Wednesday soup and salads complementary dinners omg the soup was always 5 star and the lady in the kitchen was a sweetheart. And was on her game. I honestly feel like this was a perfect home away from home for us and our fur baby's I want to thank you all at Homewood for making our stay top notch Its clean, freindly and convenient we will definitely be back if our travels bring us back to the area!! I recently found myself in a tough spot flying out of Stewart Airport when my flight was delayed until the next day due to a sick flight attendant and no available replacements. Suddenly, 180 of us were scrambling to figure out accommodations and next steps. Thankfully, I was able to secure a room at Homewood Suites by Hilton, and that’s where Kathleen stepped in and completely MADE the experience. Kathleen was the desk representative that night, and to say she was handling a lot would be an understatement. She was managing the front desk, answering phones nonstop, assisting a full lobby of stressed travelers, and even coordinating transportation. All of this, and she never missed a beat. She was calm, professional, funny, and incredibly kind through it all. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping every single person in front of her. In a situation that could have easily been overwhelming and frustrating, Kathleen made it feel smooth and taken care of. I’ve stayed at this Homewood Suites before, but this experience stood out because of her. Kathleen is an absolute asset to this property, and she truly made what could have been a stressful night into a great experience. Thank you, Kathleen. You were a Rockstar!
