What a wonderful find! We stayed in the Morning Glory – Woodland View room during a record-breaking week of summer heat, and it truly felt like discovering a peaceful oasis. This beautifully restored historic farmhouse has been thoughtfully designed to make every guest feel at home. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying a game of billiards, exploring the walking trails, browsing the impressive library, listening to vintage records, playing board games, or simply unwinding in one of the many cozy sitting areas with a good book, there's something special around every corner. The beautiful grounds only add to the experience. What makes this bed and breakfast even more memorable is that it's a family home that has been lovingly passed down through generations. You can feel the pride, care, and history throughout the property. Our hosts, Susie and Eric, were incredibly warm, gracious, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel less like guests and more like friends. And Susie's homemade scones and breakfast were absolutely outstanding—fresh, delicious, and easily one of the highlights of our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway filled with charm, history, exceptional hospitality, and thoughtful touches, I highly recommend staying here. We would happily return.

Jun 22, 2025 · Google ReviewMy husband and I took a little trip to this area and had a lovely time staying at the Dominion House. Eric and Suzy the hosts are so kind, greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. A highlight of the trip was the breakfast - we had homemade scones, egg bites and sausage (vegan for me). We took a little evening walk nearby and got to pet their horses as well. Overall, very relaxing and lovely!
May 28, 2025 · Google ReviewMy husband, daughter, and I stayed at The Dominion House as we were picking up our son from West Point. Our stay was phenomenal! The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The Primrose room was lovely, and it was hard to walk out of the library without picking up a book! We had a great time walking the trail you can take from the backyard, saying hello to the horses, and playing in the pool. Susie and Eric were fantastic hosts and make a mean breakfast! Warm blueberry muffins, oatmeal creme brulee, and some of the best scones I've had in a long time. The Dominion House will now be a regular stay for us every time we come to Orange County.
