Michael FarruggiaMy wife and I have been doing auctions and antique hunting since the 1980's. Our daughter has been involved since the 1990's. We attended the Flannery's Estate Service 11/7/2022 and11/8/2022 auction set. We ALL had a blast bidding .... and winning some items! The 11/7/2022 and11/8/2022 estate auction set was the first time we ever did a LIVE INTERNET auction. It took several calls to the auction house to help me get "set up" as we are new to this type bidding. We made MANY calls before, day of and after the event. EVERY time we were treated as if we were the only bidder. These days customer service rarely meets my standards. I got this standard working my dad's stores at a young age, he taught me customer service is not what you do but rather the attitude you present while giving the service. The customer service we experienced at Flannery's Estate Service was just like the antiques we won...... rare and exceptional. I commend the staff and management, this is where this comes from. I do see a trend back to this type of customer service, but Flannery's was TOP NOTCH! Sincerely, Michael Farruggia
