MoniqueWhat a wonderful experience! First I had a clock that I inherited from my grandmother that didn't sound quite right so I brought it to Bob. He was very honest with me and said it really wasn't worth a lot of money but he realized the sentimental value to me. He took it all apart to make sure there weren't going to be any hidden issues. When he saw there weren't, he gave me a fair repair price range and a time frame when it will be finished. Very nice, passionate man and you can tell he loves what he does. Can't wait to get my clock back looking and sounding like it was brand new.
