M MHad such a great experience at The Valkyrie! It was the perfect quiet spot for me and three friends to meet and catch up. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and welcoming. Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the ham and cheese croissant, which was amazing, plus an almond cinnamon croissant that was flaky and flavorful. I also tried the gluten-free brownie, and honestly, it might have been the best brownie I’ve ever had. So rich and delicious. My favorite part was the Campfire Mocha 🥰they roasted the marshmallow right in front of me with a flame, which made it feel extra special and cozy. It tasted incredible. Also, a huge shoutout to Zoe and Dan, who made the experience even better. They were so warm, attentive, and genuinely delightful that I actually asked if they were the owners. They clearly care so much about the shop and the customers, and I could absolutely see them owning their own coffee shop one day. Between the coffee, pastries, desserts, and calm atmosphere, this place was such a gem. Definitely coming back!- Mel 💕

And the coffee of course! The coffee is great! I live the logo I got myself a me to me gift to remember! Definitely a stop worth tasting

Annie LiuCute little coffee shop on Main St! They don’t use any syrups which I personally love- all their sauces and flavoring is made in house. I got one of their specialty drinks, the Monkey Business Cold Brew and the flavoring was not overpowering at all. The barista was also super friendly and answered all my questions attentively as it was my first time visiting. Pricing is very fair. Seems like they have a lot of specialty drinks on rotation along with the staples. Will definitely recommend checking them out and I will be returning when I’m in the area!

Matthew LocquiaoTHE. BEST. COFFEE. ROASTER. I’ve tired dozens of roasters, including Onyx and Black White which some say are the best roasters in the country but Valkyrie.. Next level. Their light roasts are insanely good. The taste notes just pop! Even a novice would be able to distinguish the top-notch quality. Dakota (owner)is very knowledgeable, kind and down to earth. You gotta try their Ethiopian buku Sayisa- like a fresh warm blueberry pie in a cup!

H REveryone is always so welcoming here. We love stopping by on a weekend morning and trying their creative latte flavors. We have become regulars and find that the homemade oat-milk is a delicious alternative to milk. Perfect place to grab coffee and chat or answer some emails.
