T PascarellaLong story short. When I was 13, my stepmother taught me how to make carrot cake. From the Moosewood cookbook. About 8765432 ingredients. We spent a day, we had drippy pineapple bits, every cup, sifter, strainer, grater, bowl we owned was covered in an orange goo. We used pounds of flour, butter, cream cheese and hours of cleaning up. When we served it, I felt so proud. I made that cake a few times over the years. I thought it couldn't be topped. UNTIL NOW! It's my sons birthday. He requested carrot cake. I care about him and also my poor kitchen. I went online and found a group of Moms who recommended the Cake Lady. I thought, its a pretty long drive, but ok.. Oh.. my.. gosh. This is the most delicious cake. Not too sweet, lots of flavors and texture. Worth the drive! I'm forever a fan and no more destroying my kitchen! Absolutely perfect! We loved it! Better than the Moosewood Cookbook!!

Yasmin DislaThe cake lady is a cake boss! What a delight of a person. Everyone there was lovely. This place smells incredible as soon as you open the doors, and oh how hard it is to pick anything from the display. Everything looked amazing. I ended up getting apple pie, carrot cake and orange creamsicle (pie or cheesecake). My family loved it, and everything was delicious, especially the carrot cake. Cannot wait to go back.

Miley MassedIf you don’t stop by this bakery while you’re in town, you’re making a huge mistake. Everything is incredible, from the cookies to the cupcakes, and especially the cheesecake. It’s all absolutely delicious and well worth the visit. I will be returning soon and plan to use them for events in the future!

Staff is so sweet! I'm going back ASAP.
