Jim KellyBeautiful State Forest with various parking lots and trailheads. Various wildlife among the trails, which you can extend to make any hike much longer Recommend downloading offline map as cell service can be spotty.

RichManJust a nature preserve. Lots of trails, lots of biking. Nothing is flat so expect lots of changing gears and pedal hard. It can get very remote so stick to the trails and you will be fine. Maps are online or on the signs at the entrances. Land managed by the DEC. Expect to see forest rangers patrolling or other DEC people. No vehicles allowed inside so its all hiking, biking and even horse back riding! Its a lovely place. I liked it so much I biked over 10 miles!!
