Angelee SantilloAmazing pastry quality. They say a bad crust can ruin even the tastiest pie fillings, but Shannon’s crust does the inverse. You could put mud inside that pastry and I’d still eat it. That goes for all variations — the short crust, puff pastry, and crumb. Excellent pies all around.

Bari AllorFirst time in the area. The outside decor and our search for pie was the reason we stopped. Inviting atmosphere, very nice woman who was working the counter (the owner and baker 👩‍🍳) greeting/answering question while working simultaneously. We came in browsing and left with mini and medium sized DELICIOUS, FLAVORFUL, FLAKEY, WONDERFUL pies for our trip home. Will be back!! Thank you Shannon 🥧
