OmarI came here to print something out (bring spare coins) and stayed for a pleasant few minutes. The building seems small so I'm not sure what the book selection looks like. At the same time, where were lots of flyers around and some from a local college was setting up a table. Given the opportunity, I'd return.

Sir Vigoplace is absolutely the best. they have a ton of events that involve everybody and I'm especially really good two kids. the upstairs is laid out perfectly for them which allows them to play or read and learn some computer games. the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone

John SmithI would give this place a five star rating; however they are located in Port Jervis. I am not fond of the area. With that being said, this library is very good. The librarians are polite and courteous. The woman who handles the computer room is extremely kind to everyone. She will help you with what you need help with and even being very thorough and thoughtful. The library is always clean even though the building is old, they maintain it perfectly! This is probably the best library in Orange County! It is a shame that it's in Port Jervis.

Amanita VirosaMy 85 Mom always loves to go to visit the library. She likes to visit the used books in the basement and then go to the periodical section. The staff are helpful and bathrooms are always nice and clean.
