Evelyn FLived in this village 3years and this was our 1st time. Pleasantly surprised how good the food was. We all got hibachi (without the presentation). It’s rice Or noodle option and then your protein. Yum yum sauce is always my favorite! Nice selection of cocktails specials!

Nick_txnbtjThis place gets a good review for the insanely good price . 15 dollars for a set is amazing. The katsu is a bit thin but was good anyway and about what I expected for the price. The restaurant is nice and small, it feels cozy. The sushi roll is a proper full roll. That along with the set menu filled me up. I wish the katsu was thicker but still a very good place for the area.

Caleb ZechWe have been wanting to come to Ka Wa for a while since it's closer than our normal sushi restaurant (Aji in central village, 5/5 stars). I got the Ichiban Sushi Dinner (20$) which included "3" spicy rolls, but only had 3 half rolls for a total of only 18 pieces. The sushi was very bland, not at all spicy and not very good quality, bland flavorless ground fish and crushed rice grains. The Hawaiian crispy duck (30$) had very small portions for the price but was good. The waiter forgot to put in our order for hibachi but after trying our other food, we were ok without it. Ultimately the value just isn't there and we likely won't be back, there's just better options for value & quality nearby

Ken RamseyFresh food in a clean modern environment. Love the lunch bento box with soup and salad, such a great deal! Chicken stir fry is tasty! They also make kid chopsticks!
