Stephanie SpearsDisappointed had to change rooms cause window was broken and second room was clean except bathroom it needed major attention. And I was given gloves and Lysol wipes to clean up the mess that was left and also got a clean shower curtain. When I checked out talked to management and showed her pictures and she kindly refunded the night. Would I stay here again for the most part yes but next time I will ask to see room first.

Lupita LupercioTruly an amazing stay, I came from the city for a little get away trip for thanksgiving. Got a nice bedroom felt like a little home, clean. Coffee maker, nice kitchen area, AC/heater. And the front desk lady was an absolute delight! She was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was definitely good too! Overall, great stay for visiting West Point!

Jorge GarciaGreat spacious room, like a small apartment, stayed while visiting West Point Academy, front desk was very professional and friendly, the AC in both rooms worked great. Good hot water and water pressure. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they did a great job. Easy checked in and checked out. Recommend staying here.

J. M.We stayed here two nights in early September 2024 so that we could take a West Point tour and visit some other places in the area. We had a one bedroom suite, which was essentially an apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small with almost no counter space, but they had a drawer which made up for that. The AC worked well, with separate units in the bedroom and living room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hot breakfast was fine, with eggs and meat. Note that non-military people can stay here.
