This is a very good hotel that will always satisfy your needs. The location is great, and convenient, and it's very clean and pleasant. The entire staff is fantastic and everyone has always gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I want to give special recognition to Dylan, who is just everything you could possibly ask for. This nice young man cares about his job and making hotel guests feel welcome.

Let me start by saying that the Team is doing what right looks like. They understand Customer Service and provide good Solid service with a very Positive attitude. You would think for a Hampton Inn you typically get what you get, however this location provides above and beyond. Cleanliness, Attention to detail on request, the Lobby has a warm very clean inviting perspective that you can tell that the Team has the right intention and great training. Sitting in the lobby watching the team member nightly clean the area with full attention to detail, the Housekeepers that showed that take pride in their work and what you see is the Results. Early in the morning, evening and assuming in the mid day you got the feeling of safe environment that the Team has it right. Now beyond that information there is the location, which is close to everything you need in terms of dining , stores to get comforts and even an outlet shopping mall all within a 3 mile radius. Some things walking distance. Check in pre-check and check out experience Great. Recommend this location to be a choice for those that are looking to feel the comfort of a positive vibe. Ive been to Hampton Inns from here to CT to Chicago to Seattle, all across the states and this might be the friendliest staff from the porter to the GM Ms Jennings. We asked for several accommodations, late check in to sorting rooms to getting ground floor. They texted us when rooms were ready. We had huge group/huge block of rooms and they helped us and said yes to everything and delivered above and beyond what youd expect outside a Four Seasons hotel. From top to bottom, someone is doing something right here and likely its the general manager who we net several times and was so gracious with our requests and a pleasure to deal with. Because if the porter is smiling, happy and welcoming somethings not just coincidentally in the water here the team is being trained and treated right. Kudos to your whole team.

We had a great stay in here. All the staff are very helpful and very nice. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very decent! We booked 4 rooms and they managed to put all the rooms next to each other even at the last minute request! We always book our stay every time we have family gatherings! I would definitely go back here next time! Location wise, it’s near to everything we need! Dining, shopping, etc! Kudos to Francis and Sandy at the front desk for a great customer service as well as the rest of the staff! 😊

Stayed for a Valentine's Weekend with my husband. Great stay and local to the things we wanted to do (Trailside Zoo & Museum and Woodbury outlets). Area is a bit busy but i like the food options all around. Even though its close to the highway the sound was minimal by the end of the day and sleeping. Great breakfast options, love that the pool is open until midnight and totally didnt know they allowed dogs! We'll definitely go back and probably bring our pup along. Room was clean and the housekeeping was in the hall everyday, ready to help.
