Deb PfeiferWe live locally and stop here often. We went tonight and ordered a medium soft serve and a large soft serve cup with walnuts and whipped cream. The large cup was a glorified pup cup of whipped cream , barely a kids cup of soft serve. The sides of the inside of the cup were showing. The medium cone had twice as much ice cream. When I went back to tell the girl her response was that's a large. Never apologized. I told her the the medium was twice the size and the response was what do you want me do? I wound up buying another cone to put in my cup. Surprised and disappointed! If the owner is reading this, let your employees know to be a little nicer and accommodate your customers appropriately. I don't normally complain but this was ridiculous. And the employee was nasty

AmyThis is a cute little place with lots of options. The service is great and there is a good bit of seating. Unfortunately, I didn't like the ice cream. Others in our party liked it but I thought it was so tasteless that I threw mine away.

John LoRussoThe best tasting soft serve icecream we ever had. After several visits this season, we now skip dessert at dinner and make a trip over to GWL Ice Cream Shack with our friends and family for great service and ice cream. Milkshakes and Sundaes are also amazing!
