We ate here for the first time this past weekend. The service was good and the food was delicious. I had a chicken taco, a chorizo taco, and a pork taco and they were all good. I believe the pork taco was the best of them all. My friend ordered a drink with raspberry preserves and it was so good. My wife ordered the gyro and that was also good. I will be going back again to try other foods on their menu and I'm sure it won't disappoint. Be sure to stop in and try it for yourself.

As a local, I never get tired of visiting Bistro du Mexique—it truly is the best restaurant in Pine Bush. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with great music that makes Sunday brunch especially enjoyable. Being family-owned, you can feel the passion in every detail. Chef Michael always surprises with his dish and soup of the day, showcasing a creative fusion that keeps every visit fresh and exciting. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

I’ll admit—I was a little skeptical walking into Bistro Du Mexique. French and Mexican fusion? Sounded like someone threw a dart at two random countries and hoped for the best. But wow, they actually pulled it off. Everything was super well thought out and totally worked. I ordered the steak frites and the burger, because why choose? Both were solid. The steak was cooked just right, the fries were crispy and seasoned well, and the burger had that juicy, messy, satisfying thing going on. I also had the jalapeño margarita, and it was exactly what I hoped it’d be—spicy, citrusy, and strong enough to let you know it showed up. Everything came out fast and fresh, which I always appreciate. The vibe is laid-back but stylish, like they know they’re doing something different and cool but aren’t trying too hard about it. I’m glad I gave it a shot. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for something a little unexpected that still hits all the comfort food notes.

Went with a few coworkers. I am a sucker for a Cuban and ordered it with the Cesar salad. The pork was cooked well I feel the sandwich was a little light on the meat. Service was good and it has a nice ambiance to the place.

Thought this place would be better based on the reviews, but was more of a so-so experience. The food lacked flavors. Service was slow, the drinks were average, the restaurant is very small with an odd atmosphere. Parking is average. Will return but don't recommend to others yet until I get better experience.
