STEPHANIE BriIt was an absolute pleasure living at Downtown Village with my son. From the very beginning, the office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the Vasapolli family truly made everyone feel like family. Our neighbors were an added bonus. The apartments are absolutely stunning, and the community space is just as beautiful—I even had my bridal shower there, and it was perfect. We are now in our own home, but I cannot recommend Downtown Village enough to anyone looking for a beautiful luxury apartment and a wonderful, caring community to call home.

Orlando LallaveI really can’t say enough good things about this place. Hands down the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! This cozy enclave has a lot of charm and character. The property is well maintained and the owner Sal is very personable and always accessible. The apartments have an open layout that showcases the original exposed wood beams and brick walls and combines it with a modern kitchen and bath that creates an industrial chic vibe reminiscent of a Brooklyn loft. Has all the luxury amenities you can ask for including a large walk-in closet. The location also couldn’t be better. It’s only a block away from the Shortline Bus Station that connects to NYC. The Zone, Clemson Brewery, along with Quinnz Pinz are literally just around the corner as well. There’s plenty of other activities, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and it’s even right on the Rail Trail! Just a super convenient, cool and safe place to live. The only complaint I can think of is that Sal wouldn’t sell me the apartment!

The building and property was well maintained and any miscellaneous issues were taken care of by management very quickly. All staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend downtown village to anyone looking to rent in the Middletown area.

Sofia LeungI’ve never had a better experience with a leasing office than I did at Downtown Village. From day one, the family-run team was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Michael truly went above and beyond to help me through the entire moving process. His family did far more than they ever had to to make tenants feel welcomed and cared for. My neighbors were also lovely, and the units themselves are absolutely adorable. Any time a normal apartment issue came up, I felt completely comfortable reaching out to the office, and they always addressed things right away. I can’t recommend Downtown Village enough to anyone looking for a place in Middletown!
