Rachel JohnsonBialas Farms is the best local farm there is!! The veggies are abundant and fresh picked. They will teach you all about them anf answer any and all questions you have. It’s a great opportunity to try all different types, some you have likely never heard of (keep an open mind! Everything is fantastic!) They also have a phenomenal and thriving CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program where you can either choose your own veggies (via a declining balance program) or get a pre-chosen box of veggies each week. Along with that, you will get emails with tips, tricks, and recipes on how to best use the veggies from that week (which are invaluable!). As a regular customer, I would give Bialas Farms TEN STARS if I could. The best thing to do is try it out yourself!! Hours during the regular season (which begins June 13th this year) are 3-6 PM on Tuesdays, and 9 AM-2 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Genera NavarraI did a small family CSA last year and loved it. The amount of food is amazing and easily fed my family of 6. The produce is delicious and fresh. Kasha gives great tips on preparing the less familiar produce (there were a few things I’m ashamed to admit I never heard of lol). This was my first time participating in a CSA and I only wish I did it sooner. I’m excited for the new growing season!

Laura JohnsonI cannot say enough about how wonderful this team is here at Bialas Farms! We've been loyal customers for a few years now since we moved in right down the road. Its amazing to have such wonderful, fresh and tasty produce right in our backyard. The support and community that has been created by this farm is beyond impressive. From shared recipes, community events, vendor events, and holiday shopping its always such a welcoming experience. We need places like this in our communities and we are so thankful you exist. We hope everyone continues to bring the love and support to your farm year after year. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
