Rich TracyA hungry bunch of travelers arrived at this location and we walked away full and happy. Food was authentic, well prepared, tasty, and large portions, but not too large, had a chicken special and it was delicious and large portions. The pasta was done correctly and the sauces were delicious. Our server was attentive, friendly and welcoming, warm, comforting style, very knowledgeable about the menu, ready with suggestions if asked and could carry on other conversation as well. Made us feel at home. Would recommend stopping if your in the area and in the mood for some great Italian stuff.

Geno MainieroVery fun family restaurant! The ambience is great, and it feels like you're eating dinner and Grandma's house. The staff are all very friendly and the food is delicious. The gnocchi with meatballs are phenomenal, and they had a fun selection of seasonal beers to choose from.

Ruben T.Went here last month for dinner, and our kids loved it. The last time I was here before was in high school around 1995. The way it looks now is amazing. The outside is of the restaurant was renovated nicely, the inside was spacious and not too crowded with tables. Went with the family again the other night and was not disappointed. I have to say that the staff here is super friendly and pleasant to talk to. Looks like we've found our go-to restaurant in orange County. The food was fantastic and delicious. I can't wait to taste their entire menu. Thank you, Vesuvio's. We can't wait to come back.

James I.Sat at the bar (which I wish was more inviting), a very measured drink to start - not much communication with the bar tender, we had to ask for a menu. Veal parm & Caesar salad were good, as was the homemade Italian Wedding soup! The Orecchiette had a strangely sour taste to it and a thickened sauce that didn’t seem authentic at all. The bartender traded out with another but I didn’t trust that they were allowed to make a “good” mixed drink so declined another. Maybe we’ll give it another try after a couple more stops elsewhere.
