Jenni RobertsWe had reservations for 7:15. We arrived at 6:45 and were told 15-20 mins. I went back 4x to ask before we were finally seated at 7:55. Every time we were told 15-20 mins. The food was great (we were quite hungry by then tho) and our server Tomias was outstanding. Once seated we had a great experience, and I would have posted a 5 star review. Setting expectations for the wait would have saved a lot of frustration. It was a very busy weekend to be sure (Parents weekend at West Point).

Der ReziwichtExcellent Food wonderful location and Great Value at Blue Pointe! Blue Pointe in New York’s Hudson River Valley is a fantastic restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent food. One of the highlights is the oysters plate, which are a great deal and absolutely worth trying! The steaks are also outstanding, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. All this combined with a great selection of vine…. All wishes come true. The combination of delicious food, a pleasant ambiance, and great value makes Blue Pointe a wonderful choice for a night out, whether you’re enjoying oysters at the bar or sitting down for a delicious steak dinner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a memorable dining experience in the Hudson Valley!

The HitmanCome here very often. Always get the tomahawk. I'm going to refrain from coming here for awhile. Service has become horrendous. Definitely not what it used to be.

Ms. GyrlaThe food was good and we enjoyed our meal overall. However, the restaurant was quite noisy, packed parking and there seemed to be some confusion among staff. One staff member took our order, another server repeatedly cane by asking if we were ready to order. After about an hour, we realized that our original order had not actually been entered. The staff were pleasant, but the communication and coordination could definitely be improved. Other than that, we had an okay experience and appreciated the quality of food.

hallemy family went out for my mother in laws birthday last night. Steve was our server and he was phenomenal. He was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable! Despite their POS interface completely going down during peak dinner service hours, he took care of us very well. They had run out for sparkler candles (one of the main reasons MIL wanted Blu Pointe) for the birthday dessert but Steve somehow was able to get someone to snag us not one but TWO sparkler candles. She was ecstatic!!! Though his shift was undoubtedly very hectic and we were a slightly difficult group, he treated us with compassion.
